are there any others out here suffering

hello to all i am beening tested for wheat and gluten intolerance
are there any others out here how can help with advice on how to deal with this on a day to day basic as i find it hard. what i have found is that my shopping bill has incressed
alot as wheat free food are much more expencive then normal wheat produce so if anyone can give addvice please do it would be greatly appresiated

iam due to go into hospital next month for a byopsiy of the stomach so i will see if there is anythig going wrong in there soon

I AM FEEDUP

hello to all had a fucking pissy weekend feeling down and the shitty compony i work for have held my holiday pay for yet another week even thought they said back in decmember that i could buy a week back

so i have been relieying on it but they have not payed it .........................
this rearly gets to me when componys do things like this they think only of them self and no fucker else

Well lest hope all goes well for me i will be here everyday to let anyone how wonts to know about me and my fight to give up smoking i will put in the highs and lows but i am deturmined to pack it in this time round this will be my 4th atempt at it but i am in that frame of mind to say no more this is the end

hi there here is to days bit welli started out well got up at 7.30 am had sniff of my nickerteen inhaler that was fine when i got a craving i took a puff till about 230pm when i had 1roll up didnt like it put it out

went on with the rest of my day went to work at 530pm this si when it got tuff for me people smoke at work ended up having an other 3 at work but i will say that 4 roll ups compered to 30/40 a day is bloody good i think any how i will close for tonight qand will keep on going with the giving up

will post again tomorrow night with how it goes

todays driver training my mock test

hi all
i had my mock driving test today for my driving instuctor course .
i have made a right pigs ear of it and failed big time the problems iam having is because iam a coach driver i think iam in my coach.
keep giving way to cars when there woud be enough room to get though signaling when it is not needed and driving to slow on the motor way doing 55/60 instead of 70 mph
plus not using my mirrors all the time
when turning left i would pall out to the right as if i had 40ft of coach to go round grrrrrrr
so i only have myself to blame for the mistake as i didnt practice much over the xmas so i have to pospone my test which was booked for the 1st Feb i have to try and book a test for the end of Feb or the begging of March

this is an update of how things are going to date for my driveing course ..................
i have a test date for 7th march this is in bristol i have to keep up with the practiceing so i dont forget all i have been tort ... sorry tort myself as my instructor would say iam my first pupil and i have done the training on myself ...

i am going to enjoy the next part of the training as this is the 3rd and final part and the most inportent part of my training this is where i learn to teach what i have learnt over the months
from what i have read and been told by others it can be the most funnest part to as there is role play to i will write more as i know what is happening but at this time all it very well ..

I was five when i started to lose my hearing just after starting school doctors and the hospital all said that there was no thing wrong with my hearing
so i carried on stuggling though school not hear all that was being said to me teachers thinking i am not listerning to them and this was getting me down even
when i got to secoundry school they still where saying i was putting my hearing problem on and even then i still had not had a proper hearing test done by the ENT department at my local hospital in london
it was not until 1996 that i finaly got though to my doctor when i move to cheltenam that i was having great trouble hearing any thing or one so off i was sent to the hospital for the tests and here i am 10 years on able to hear a lot better with my aids than when i was five years old but i still find things a stugle at times as you can all see from my spellingb and things i suffer from dislexia as well but i dont let this stop me from doing what i wont to do in life

because there is a good saying

you only live once so live life to the fall

hi all here is some more about me iam a coach driver for national express i run from gloucester to london
i enjoy this job until i had an accedent back i the summer when i got a neck injury .
i spent 5 months off work and returned 3 weeks before christmas on light dutys as a cleaner
this can at times be so boring as you aew in the cold all night in all weathers doing the same thing day in day out as a driver you meet diferant people and the trip to london is never the same from one day to the next
i miss all this and cant wait till the doctors let me back to driving again .

i have past the first part of the course which is the thory test it took me 2 atemps at it.
I am now about to do my practical driving test soon this years just waiting for my test date.
